Key Matchup on Offense:
OTs Donald Penn and Demar Dotson vs. OLB Von Miller – Another week, another game the Bucs find themselves going up against a premier pass rusher. Miller is as good as it gets when it comes to bringing down opposing quarterbacks. The second-year pro has picked up right where he left off after his terrific rookie season and has 47 tackles, 14.0 sacks, and four forced fumbles already this season. He is quick and explosive off the edge, and has a knack for making splash plays. The Bucs have done a great job of limiting sacks on Josh Freeman this season, but they better be ready for what might be their toughest challenge yet against Miller on Sunday.

Key Matchup on Defense:
LBs Lavonte David and Mason Foster vs. QB Peyton Manning – Everyone knows how smart Manning is. The guy is basically a player-coach. The NFL's only 4-time MVP is having another brilliant season and is in the running for the league's top award once more. Manning is going to try and confuse the Bucs' young linebackers with audibles, silent counts, and the no-huddle. It will be up to David and Foster to make the necessary adjustments to defend Manning and the Broncos offense. If they can't keep up with Manning, then could be a long day for Tampa Bay's defense.
