Peyton Manning's OT pick dooms Broncos

It was supposed to be an easy day for the Denver Broncos by all accounts, but the Baltimore went toe to toe, tit for tat with them throughout, and in the first overtime period, Peyton Manning rolled out in Brett Favre like fashion and threw the interception that eventually set up Justin Tucker's 47-yard game winning field goal in double OT.

Ray Lewis lives to see another NFL game, and Joe Flacco looks to continue answering his critics who question his so-called elite status by taking it one step further into the playoffs, with a chance to win it all.

RB Ray Rice racked up 133 yards, and cornerback Champ Bailey was abused early on by Joe Flacco (18/34, 331 yards and 3TDs) and receiver Torrey Smith.

Smith had 2 TDs and only caught three passes all game, but two of them loomed quite large. The first, a 59-yard reception for a 1st quarter TD, and a 2nd quarter 32-yard TD as Bailey just couldn't keep up with him.

The Broncos were mere seconds away from winning in regulation, 41 seconds to be exact, when Flacco heaved up a hail mary as Rahim Moore made the mistake of life, mistiming his jump badly and giving Jacoby Jones a easy catch and walk-in to the end zone to tie it up.

This game was action packed to say the least, and it all came down to Peyton Manning rolling to his right and throwing across his body on 2nd down into the hands of Ravens CB Corey Graham. Rice finished off the day getting the necessary yards to give Tucker a good chance.

The number one seed is finished and Baltimore looks ahead to next week when they'll travel either to Houston or Foxboro for an AFC Championship rematch.
