Chandler Jones, Logan Mankins out vs. Jets

We all know the obvious by now, Rob Gronkowski is out, Aaron hernandez will get some playing time (not a lot folks), and we now know that DE Chandler Jones and LG Logan Mankins will not take part in tonight's Thanksgiving matchup with the Jets.

Jones (right ankle) went out of last Sunday's contest with the Indianapolis Colts early in the game and did not return. Mankins has been battling a combination ankle/calf injury for a bit.

It's no surprise that the two will get some rest on this short week, and the team hopes to fill the void sufficiently with guard Donald Thomas and DE Jermaine Cunningham.
