Interim Head Coach Bruce Arians is a mad man, and he's letting the NFL know it. Arians feels that his rookie Andrew Luck is getting more than his fair share of cheap shots.
One would say it's kind of a compliment that a rookie signal caller would worry a defense enough to go the extra mile on him.
"Even if Andrew slides, guys are coming for his head," Arians said, according to Sal Paolantonio of ESPN.
"That was a cheap shot by Landry. He got a penalty. But a penalty is not enough. Landry should have been ejected from the game. He is sliding, and it's illegal to launch yourself at the quarterback's head like that. He should have been ejected."
