Bengals earn playoff berth while Big Ben throws away Pittsburgh’s

The Cincinnati Bengals (9-6) have reached the playoffs for the second straight season, and Pittsburgh will be packing their bags after next week until next season in what has been a disappointing year for Mike Tomlin’s Steelers.

Josh Brown kicked a 43-yard field goal with only 4 seconds left to hand the Steelers their eight loss of the season.

Brown missed a 56-yarder earlier in the game, but redeemed himself with the game winner.

He got the opportunity when Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (14/28, 220 YDS, 1 TD, 2 INT) was picked off by Reggie Nelson, who returned it to the Pittsburgh 46 with only 46 seconds remaining.

Andy Dalton (24/41, 278 YDS, 2 INT) had the play of the day, hitting A.J. for 21 yards on the very next play, setting up the field goal to seal Pittsburgh’s fate.
