0.4 percent have not renewed their Saints season tickets

That's 99.6% that have. It looks like there's no backlash in New Orleans Saints territory for the teams involvement in the big bounty scandal. They love their Saints, and it shows.

Team spokesman Greg Bensel took to Twitter to boast that the Saints are still a big draw when it comes to filling their stadium.

He cited a Wall Street Journal chart that shows the Saints are leading the entire league when it comes to filling their stadium (they even overfill at times), an average attendance of 73,041 at the 68,000-seat Superdome.

“New Orleans and Saints fans continue to defy odds and lead the NFL in overall attendance by FAR,” Bensel wrote.

“Saints fans are the best in the NFL – bar none . . . even during a tough offseason, Saints fans continue to lead the way with a 99.6% renewal rate and a waiting list to buy suites.”
